Paola's food is delicious and she treats you like family. Can't beat it. The pizza, pastas, salads, entrees are all fresh and flavorful. It's a counter service restaurant, but they will bring you your food if you dine in, and the quality of food could make you think you're in a white tablecloth restaurant in Italy.

Out of town on a trip, was pleasantly surprised by the amazing food and hospitality here. Very quality restaurant, would come again if ever in the area.

Paolo's. Where do I begin? I asked my father to take me to a good pizza spot. Viola. I loved this pizza so much I can still vividly remember the taste. Crispy, pliable, bendable, sweet, tangy. Perfect trifecta or dough, sauce and cheese. Pleasant couple runs this fine establishment. Bring them your appetite and then sit back and enjoy. I hope to return next time I'm in the area.

The owner (Paola) was working the first night we went in to grab late night pizza by the slice. Slices were pretty pricey but good. The family who owns it is very friendly and approachable! They talked up their dishes and gave us their brochure. Great service.

What looks like a typical fast food pizza place actually hides a few tables at the rear, and in the very back, a private room for bigger groups where Chef Paola unleashes some superb Italian cuisine.For those who have dietary concerns, give her a list of ingredients the day before and she can work around them. Truly excellent.Ironically, the weakest item during our full-fledged three hour dinner here was the pizza. :-P
